In 1985 Jerry bought a box of records and a turntable that was made from plastic built in a suitcase for $3 at a yard sale, at the age of 7 he taught himself how to play a record and began listening and thinking of ways to change the music that he heard. Early influences came from the "Classic Rock" era as well as early 80's Pop. Bob Seger to Michael Jackson, the musical taste developed through older friends and
family members. He was a sponge for music throughout his teenage years, leading him back to being the "DJ". After years of tinkering with
keyboards, drum machines and EFX pedals- TURNTABLES came in to play. A bestfriend introduced him into the world of Hip Hop DJing in about 1991. From there the world of music changed fast! By '96 House and Acid Techno • ELECTRONIC was all he
could hear. The Underground Detroit party scene was his home from the minute he stepped foot inside the first "Rave" and he knew that he was going to be here awhile. Throughout his days of the Detroit scene (97-02) Nightclubs, parties, one off Raves and crazy ass outdoor festivals in the middle of B . F . E . were plentiful. Playing with local celebs was a regular thing. Years of holiday appearances and his own "Pimp & Hoe" Halloweens along with countless coffee shops, proms, company events and even 2 weddings! These days, Jerry is well known for his variety and energy that he brings to the party. A Detroit sound of the future, Jerry is taking the soul of the city and a history of music to share, Any crowd will be please with his selections.
